LSMWEAR – Return and Exchange Policy

At LSMWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's what you need to know about our returns and exchanges.


1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for store credit or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, free from odors, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items (items marked as "Final Sale") cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. EXCHANGES

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and use the store credit to purchase another item.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will ship out the replacement item.
  • If you’d like the new item to be shipped immediately, we recommend purchasing the replacement while waiting for your return to be processed.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

3. FAULTY ITEMS AND 30-DAY POLICY

  • Any items deemed faulty within a 30-day period can be returned for exchange or store credit. After 30 days, any issues will be considered wear and tear and cannot be returned.

To help extend the life of your activewear, we recommend:

  • Follow the washing instructions to maintain your clothing's quality.
  • Treat your gym wear with care to reduce damage.
  • Ensure you select the correct size to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items that do not comply with our return policy.
  • Final sale items (items marked as "Final Sale") cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. SHIPPING AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • LSMWEAR is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start a return or exchange, please send an email to lsmwear@outlook.com with:

Order number
Item name and description
Reason for return/exchange
Photos (if faulty)

Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed return instructions.
